A Special Thank You…

Mita Saimalla tapahtuu? What is happening at Saima? Well, the Finnish Center at Saima Park has a new website. We have moved much of what was on the previous site into this new format. In addition, we have created a blog to provide you with frequent updates, as well as, fun and interesting information on many Finnish traditions and facts. You will also find the Recipe Box soon where we will feature some delicious Finnish and Finnish-American recipes. If you wish to contribute content to either the blog or the recipe box, email Finnishcenter@yahoo.com for consideration. Note, submission of any photographs or content implies permission for publication on the Finnish Center at Saima Park website, Facebook page, and/or newsletter.

I want to express a very special thank you to two people. First, thank you to Steve Henrikson (Photo above). I, and the entire Saima Park Board of Directors, appreciate all of the time, energy, and creativity you have dedicated to the website and Saima event publicity for many years.
