The Function Hall

  This air conditioned building is ideal for wedding receptions, retirement parties and business meetings/conventions. With a capacity of 200, the hall features a self kitchen, full licensed bar, dance floor, seating and dining tables. An elevated band stand and full sound system as well as a large-screen monitor is incorporated. The main room can be darkened for slide and video presentations.

  Ideal for outings, this facility features a large building with hot & cold water, sinks and generous floor space for all sorts of set-ups and displays. A full-size professional quality grill is located within the building and a very large barbeque is located on the adjacent grounds. The 4,000 square foot open-air pavilion is equipped with picnic tables and is lighted and has electrical outlets for your sound system, etc. The surrounding grounds are ideal for games of all kinds. Toilet facilities building on the adjacent grounds.

  Designed as a traditional track & field facility, this area has a 352 meter stone dust track and inner grassed field. A small officials pavilion is located alongside the track. Although this area is normally off limits to renters, we will be glad to arrange a special rental of these grounds if the use is consistent with similar athletic activities. Contact the rental agent for more information.

  The first step is to contact our rental agent listed at the bottom of this page. Have ready the following information:

• The number in your party

• Which facility(ies) is/are required

• Desired date of function and alternative dates

• Hours required

• Special requirements such as bar service or full kitchen use (over & above coffee making).

The rental agent will send you a rental agreement detailing your obligations. Commercial organizations wishing to rent the facilities must obtain a certificate of insurance. This is not required of private groups.
