The Ritter Memorial Library in Lunenburg Massachusetts has been hosting (last day was April 13, 2001) an art exhibit featuring the work of Finnish Center Member, Linda Widstrand.

Linda is seen here with her oil on canvas "That Bolton place with the hot dog stand on Rte 117".

Her show is called "Retrospective Art Exhibit" and includes works in mixed media, oil and water color. Everyone attending the opening reception, held the evening of Monday, March 19, enjoyed Linda's wonderful art and, of course, many pieces became favorites, such as "Wellesley College Greenhouse" in water color, "Grampa's woods" also in watercolor and a wonderfully delightful oil and handmade paper called "Woven Dream".

The Exhibit runs in the library through April 13, and the hours are
Monday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

If you want to view the individual paintings mentioned here, click on their respective name, or you can get familiar with Linda's other paintings by clicking on this link.
