Finnish Coffebread Contest

SUNDAY, JUNE 24TH, 2001 HOME MADE BY YOU ! ! ! Bring your freshly baked FINNISH COFFEE BREAD to the special table in the Ravintola (lower dining hall) anytime between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. You must include your recipe, accurately and legibly printed on a 3" by 5" card, with your name, address, and telephone number. The contest will be judged for TASTE, TEXTURE and APPEARANCE. The winner will be announced at 1:00 p.m. and presented with the popular and delightful FINNISH COOKBOOK, authored by Beatrice Ojakangas. The winning recipe will be published, with permission, in the Raivaaja and the The Finnish Center at Saima Park Newsletter at a later date.
