Dancing to the accordion music of Juhani and Veikko, refreshments and a ceremonial bonfire near the pond

Music by accordionist Darlene Kaukoranta in the Function Hall.

Guest Speaker on Finnish Culture - Professor of History at Northeastern University in Boston,  Mr. Harvey Green. He has been twice as a Fulbright professor in Finland, first a professor in American Studies and American Cultural History at University of Turku in the fall of 1995, and then as Fulbright Bicentennial Professor of American Studies at University of Helsinki for the academic year 1999-2000.

Anne-Louise Klaus, soprano, will sing Finnish songs and Roy Helander will accompany her on keyboard.
